WHAT IS EFT?
EFT is a wonderful and simple meridian balancing technique, a combination of Meridian Therapies (acupuncture
being the best known of these) plus NLP plus Affirmation-work. In fact EFT has been called: "a psychological version of acupuncture".
EFT was developed by Gary Craig www.emofree.com (an engineer by qualification) in America from his studies and research following
his training with Roger Callahan, an American psychologist who created TFT - 'Thought Field Therapy' in the late 1970s. Gary
worked on this TFT technique and simplified it so that it was easily useable by the layman, therapists and practitioners
alike.
IS EFT REALLY THAT EASY?
EFT is a wonderful and simple technique to use. At times it can be VERY fast. It is important, however, that you 'get into that feeling’, know where to tap, how often to tap
and what affirmation phrases to use. Affirmation phrases are an important part of EFT. If you want to learn
